2006 CALL FOR ENTRIES
Arizona choreographers are invited to participate in the Arizona Choreography Competition 2006. This statewide competition is open to choreographers of college age and older, in all genres of dance. Below you will find guidelines and a copy of the application form for this year's Choreography Competition. Entries must be submitted by May 5, 2006 (see contacts below).
The application is available in Microsoft Word format, which can be completed on your computer.

SUMMARY OF AUDITION REQUIREMENTS
A contestant must be a professional or student college age or older. Applicants may submit more than one dance. There is NO application fee. Applicants must submit the following:
- A current resume.
- A video (VHS or DVD) of the work being submitted (this is preferred), or of a previous work (do not include credits on footage). (Videos cannot be returned.)
- a completed applicaion form for each proposed work.
- Entries must be received no later than FRIDAY, MAY 5, 2006.

TIMELINE:
Winners will be notified by phone by May 26, 2006. All others will be notified by mail. Winners will also be posted on the web site. Winning entries will be fully produced and performed in December 2006 by Scottsdale Community College and Glendale Community College dance companies. There will also be a gala performance in Phoenix honoriing the winning entries.
AWARDS:
- Professional Category: 2 Awards, $1,000 each
- Student Category: 2 Awards, $600 each
